Missing my sister for a year,
Close to my heart I keep her near.
In my mind I see her cheerful face,
When I'm out and about I think I see her in every place.
Her chipper voice I hear so clear,
Then realize it's from yesteryear.
At times I feel she's right beside me,
Thanks to GOD and prayer on bended knee.
On my heart now lies a scar,
A wish to see her, on a star.
Much left behind, what a beautifl girl,
In the streets on heaven, I imagine her dancing a twirl.
One day reunited, I will not fear it,
But for now, she'll always be.........One Bright Smiling Spirit~
